Blend:94% Viognier, 6% Rousanne

Vineyards: Francisca’s Vineyard in Walla Walla, Far Away and Gamache Vineyards in Columbia Valley

Oak: 82% French oak, 12% EU, and 6% American for 5 months sur lie.

Our highest-end white wine is always a treat! We strive to protect the finicky fermentation esters and delicate white grape aromas by very intense intense protection methods -even as early as the pressing of the grapes themselves! Barrel fermented and aged. Luscious aromatics of ripe stone fruits, white flowers, candied spices, and delicate vanilla notes on the nose and palate. Creamy mouthfeel from the toasty oak yet crisp rounds off the profile from the integrated acids. A perfect sipping or food pairing wine! Our favorite is to pair this heavenly Vio with fresh oysters. Should age nicely for 2-3 years.
