Winemaker Notes: Supple and intense—we call this wine “midnight in a glass.” Swirl and you’ll pick up notes of dark berry fruit and cigar box. Loads of fruit combined with complex notes of cola, cherry, spice, smoke, and pepper on the palate. Sweet tannins melt into a lengthy finish. Pairs nicely with lamb, roasted meats, and goat cheese.
